Bambu Residencial with Pool Near Beach

A few places are an easy walk away, and the facility is generally nice. There's a pool and wildlife too.

The inner garden and pool were so beautiful and relaxing. This little oasis a few blocks from the water in Puerto Vallarta is simply gorgeous. I stayed three nights in an AirBNB inside Bambu Residencial. My apartment was clean, spacious, and just right for my visit.

I've had a hard time sleeping for two months because of barking dogs and loud neighbors. Dogs bark from 6 am until midnight, people don't pick up their poop, and security doesn't do much. It used to be safe and quiet, but now it feels like living in a dog pound. If you stay here, I'd avoid the parking lot side, which is the noisiest, and building C if you decide to come. This year my stay began with a door off its hinges, a patio door that wouldn't lock, and a sewer smell that took three weeks to figure out was a gas leak. After that, we ran out of hot water. The furniture was uncomfortable too.

There's a neighborhood feel, with families and kids, retirees, and short stay guests. We rented a unit for a week. The pool is a nice amenity, stays open until 2200h, and gets cleaned weekly. Its shape gives groups a little privacy while they share it with others. One thing that may be related to the building structure: sometimes the washer and dryer area in our apartment smelled of sewage. I don't know if that happens only in our tower, as there are about 6 towers. Guadalajara Farmacia, Oxxo convenience stores, and some neighborhood places to eat are a short walk away.
