The owners make sure you have a pleasant stay, and the location is ideal. It's a quiet area, still just a short distance from local sights and plenty of restaurants.

For our five-day honeymoon in Vallarta, Suite 3 worked out so well. It had loads of space for my husband and me. We didn't really need the second bedroom, but the two bathrooms, comfortable kitchen, and little living room gave us a cool spot to relax before heading back out into the city. We spent time on the small balcony enjoying the beautiful view, having a drink in the morning or evening, or putting on spray sunscreen before the beach. The beach and nightlife were close. We walked almost everywhere, and when we couldn't, an Uber was usually only minutes away. The rooms stayed cool when needed. Fans meant we didn't have to run the AC constantly, and it kept up with the November weather when we did use it. Wi-Fi was solid too. I'd strongly recommend this for a quality, safe stay without staying at a resort.

Six stars, honestly. Jeremy and Henry gave us an absolute home-away-from-home stay, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, we'll be back!

Suite 4 was spacious and well looked after, and the neighborhood felt completely safe. Henry and Jeremy were wonderful hosts. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and more. I spent a few mornings having coffee on the balcony and taking in the view. The only letdown was that their Asian bistro downstairs was still being finished, so I didn't get to try it. Maybe next trip. I'll definitely return and recommend the building if you're looking for somewhere to stay in PV.
