The place is beautifully decorated on every floor and has a well-stocked kitchen, but it needs a lot of work and wasn’t worth what we paid. The rooftop deck and courtyard are lovely, and the location is great. There was unrepaired termite damage on the wood by the kitchen counter. We had maintenance put tape over it so it would stop snagging our clothes and scratching us. The wall in a second-floor bedroom was peeling, and hot showers were almost nonexistent. There were six of us, and we rarely got a warm shower. I wouldn’t recommend it.
