Comfort Inn Puerto Vallarta Golfside & Marina

With the major flight disruptions in PV this past week, these people looked after us and so many others. Even while dealing with huge numbers of tired, frustrated travellers, the staff stayed kind and attentive. They made us feel safe and cared for. Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. When serious safety concerns in Puerto Vallarta affected my travel plans in February 2026, the team showed no understanding or support. I followed up several times and shared detailed information, but got rigid policies and no flexibility. I hope the company rethinks how it handles extraordinary circumstances for travelers. As a consumer, choose carefully which businesses you support. This hotel isn't one I'd support. Spend your money elsewhere.

The place was horrible. They misrepresented the rooms, and when we arrived, the rooms weren't remotely like what we'd been told. It was dirty, the restaurant served very low-grade food, and the staff were rude and didn't care. We booked another hotel on our first day there. They wouldn't cancel the rest of my 12-day reservation, and 14 days later I'm still fighting to get my money back. Don't ruin your vacation. Don't stay here.

It's convenient for the marina, and you can walk to everything nearby. But our hotel was very loud, with echoes in the hallways. They should put furniture there to help absorb the sound. Bring earplugs :)
