Francisca Luxury Suites - Adults Only

There was extremely loud construction in the building next door all day, starting at 9 a.m. It made sleeping or staying inside nearly impossible. We stayed six nights at the end of December 2025. Drilling and hammering directly on the wall behind the bed, bathrooms, and living room was unbearable. We needed earplugs just to be inside the apartment. It was impossible to sleep or enjoy the place, which was not “luxury” at all. The construction looked like it could continue for several months. This ruined what otherwise would have been a great stay. I complained and was promised a partial refund for the days the apartment couldn't be used. After we left, the manager couldn't be reached, despite several attempts by EXPEDIA and emails I sent directly. The refund never came, so the owners seem not to care. I waited to give them a chance, but six weeks have passed with nothing. Don't stay here unless you like living with loud construction noise all day.
