Friendly Fun Vallarta Different Experiences - All Inclusive.

We enjoyed the warm pools and good drinks, though the vendors were a pain. The resort had three buffets and the food was pretty good, but some weren’t open every day. The Mexican buffet was my favorite. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and we liked the ocean view. There weren’t any dressers, so we had to live out of our suitcases. It’s been two years since my visit, so this review may be out of date. I enjoyed the resort and would go back.

The activity crew really went above and beyond, with things for all ages from 8 in the morning until 11 at night. The bar staff were always smiling and seemed happy to be there, and the many restaurants offered plenty of choices at every meal. Staff were happy to accommodate my wife and me with our seating choices. We especially loved ending the day at the late-night taco restaurant. We’ve just returned to Canada after seven nights and eight days. We booked an ocean-view room on the 6th floor, and the view was breathtaking. The front desk team was always willing to help. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were the one bright spot. Everyone was friendly and kind, which is a shame because the place has potential. I was put here by my airline after a canceled flight, but I didn’t make it through one night before booking another room at a neighboring hotel. The room was dirty and smelled bad. There was hair on all the beds, towels, and the toilet bowl. The restaurant was not good, the hotel and pool were full of kids, and the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor use the bathroom, watch TV, and everything else.

The resort is on the smaller side, but we were impressed. It was clean and well maintained, the staff were great, and the pool loungers were really comfortable. The problem was how quickly they got taken. If you want a good spot, you have to line up before 8 a.m. Even so, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind a smaller place.
