Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort

The staff's warmth and attention stood out most. Every person we met was friendly and attentive, so please remember to tip them well. The facility was beautiful and didn't seem outdated to me, despite what others had said. The food, drinks, and entertainment were all wonderful, and La Luce was our favorite restaurant. I was there on a sister trip, and we had a double queen room. My Diamond status got us an upgrade to the top floor of the south tower, with an amazing view. I also rented an ocean view cabana for a few days, and it was well worth it, IMO.

The Hilton All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta was very clean, with fun entertainment throughout our stay. The staff made it memorable. Blanca, the entertainment specialist, was friendly, remembered us each day, and always greeted us with a smile and a laugh. Daniel from the service staff was cheerful and attentive all weekend, making sure we had what we needed for food and drinks while we relaxed on the deck. We had breakfast in the enclave every day, and Jorge made the mornings special. He was kind and engaging, talked with us about whales and whale watching, and was always ready with a great latte, mimosa, or Bloody Mary. Taking our orders with such a welcoming attitude, he made us feel like we got to know him. Thanks as well to the lifeguard team. I got briefly caught in a riptide, and they stepped in immediately and professionally before I even realized I was in trouble. They checked on me the next day, too. We were disappointed to miss the Michael Jackson experience, and had a few minor frustrations with menu descriptions and checkout. Still, the staff's warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made this a memorable stay.

Our wedding at this Hilton resort was unforgettable, and Alfonso and Hernan made the planning process feel stress-free. They were organized, responsive, and truly invested in every detail. On the wedding day, they stayed calm, came prepared, and were unbelievably helpful. The resort is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. This was a great vacation at Hilton Vallarta Riviera, and it means a lot that the team recognizes us and gives us such a warm welcome back. We've returned every year since the resort opened, and enjoyed each visit. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I think this is a great resort. For my 8-day birthday vacation, turning 65 young, Chief Concierge Ernesto Cadena made great accommodations for us. When we arrived in our room, my wife found red and white balloons everywhere, along with champagne, cake, and a birthday greeting. Claudia, the housekeeper we've had since our first visit, remembered us and did an exceptional job. We were also glad to see our Hilton Family again. In the mornings, Jorge in the Enclave lounge made us the best Bloody Mary with tequila. Ernesto and Melquiades, two beach servers, took care of our requests. The breakfast buffet always had a great selection, and Gorge and Isela kept our morning beverages coming. The food is great, especially the chicken wings and burgers, and there's nightly entertainment. We go whale watching every year, 10 years running, with the same crew from Cielito Lindo tours, and this year was exceptional. Seeing humpback whales and manta rays from our hotel room was amazing too. Special thanks to Jorge for helping us navigate the demand for justice protest that blocked the highway to the airport.
