Gerardo and Arturo made the evening feel personal. They were kind and attentive without hovering, and took care to make us feel looked after. The food was fresh, authentic, delicious, and beautifully prepared, with quality you could taste. The welcoming, comfortable atmosphere at Noi Italian restaurant in Puerto Vallarta made for a really special meal. The area also felt safe and easy to explore, which helped us relax. It’s a memorable spot if you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta. Huge thanks again to Gerardo and Arturo for such a lovely experience.

The meal was so good that I wish I’d taken more photos. We had calamari, borrego, steak, pizza, and an incredible chocolate dessert, and every dish was delicious. Karen looked after us throughout the evening, and Gerardo went out of his way to make it memorable. He was friendly, attentive, and really helpful. My husband especially liked the wine Gerardo recommended, which paired perfectly with the food. Great food, great service, and a memorable evening. We’re looking forward to coming back.

I’ve been here three years in a row and love the hotel. Service is always top tier, and the food is 10/10. One tip, skip the “free breakfast meeting.” At the north pool, Eduardo and Ernesto are amazing. They even clean your sunglasses there. We also had dinner at Noi, where Jose, Karen, Orlando, Jerry, and Cuco took great care of me for my birthday. Salvador led the activities, and we enjoyed morning stretching, Zumba, and salsa with him.

Arturo brought over a few white wines for me to taste just as I was about to ask for the check. He described all three, and we spent about 20 minutes chatting as I tried them. A great way to end the day. My glass of Chile Sauvignon Blanc was light and tasted great, and I really enjoyed the Lasagna Tradizonale with Bechamel on the bottom, one of my favorites. The whole dinner at the Noi restaurant in Hotel Mousai Puerta Vallarta was fantastic. Enrique, the waiter, introduced himself with infectious energy, and Arturo, the manager, was exceptional. The insalata caprese arrived quickly and was super fresh. They also brought fresh parmasan with the bread plate and a special bite of one of their pizzas.
