We haven’t seen the rooms or inside of the hotel, but my friends and I came across their beach front area and loved it. The drinks and food were incredible, and the lounge chairs, beach, and view were even better. Our server Scarlett and the other staff took great care of us and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I left in tears because we’ll miss this place so much. We came from Alaska and left very happy with both the stay and the service. I’m not a guide or a local, and I don’t usually write reviews, but if you’re on the fence, just stay. My wife and I had one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The staff make guest satisfaction their mission. 5 stars doesn’t come close. There are only 8 villas, and the place is very small. The private pool is kept at 92 degrees, much nicer than getting into the cold ocean and having sand in every crack and crevice. The restaurant is amazing, with some of the best fish you’re ever going to taste. All the drinks are freshly squeezed and taste amazing. The beaches are clean and amazing, and the town is so beautiful. One review mentioned the boat costing 100, and yes, that is correct in peso's. The staff were the highlight. Nico, the main waiter and bartender, is amazing, happy, and hardworking, and he’ll leave a lasting impression. There’s also a local hotel cat named Felipe. He’s so loving, and since we were away from our fur babies, he was a pleasant guest.

We booked for 2 nights and weren’t even given room cleaning. They also tried adding lots of "extras" to the final bill. There’s no manager on site and zero customer service when problems come up. We were told we’d have access to a boat after 9pm to go to a nearby island. That was the only reason we booked, and we paid for their premium cabana. When we arrived, they said we’d have to pay $100 for a 5 minute boat ride that usually costs $5. We called the same manager, who basically said it was our problem. Customer service was beyond horrible.

The beach is beautiful, and we really loved the cabins and the view, but the service was very bad. On our last day, they rushed us out while we were asking for a late checkout, which they’d agreed to when we arrived because our flight was at 7. My partner hurried to pack while I waited for lunch at the beach, and he forgot my sandals. I wrote to them as soon as I noticed, less than 2 days later. After 5 days they finally replied that the sandals were nowhere to be found. I asked them to check with the cleaning staff since it’s a small place. They said, “We check every person of our staff every time they get in and out, just like their belongings so we can assure you they didn’t took them”. That’s the last I heard from them. They’ve ignored me ever since. Be careful, stuff seems to vanish out of thin air mysteriously. There’s also a beach club next door that blasts music on weekends, which the website didn’t mention.

Our room was breathtaking, with an incredible view, and the walkway to it was beautiful. I call it our jungle treehouse! There were always 2-3 guards to protect us and help accommodate us. The cleaning lady was on point and changed our bed with different decor each day, which was extremely thoughtful. The chef made delicious meals. Our favorite was the shrimp agua chile? kind of like ceviche. Niko, our waiter, went above and beyond with drinks, food, and pool towels. He even turned up the jacuzzi for us and made juicy drinks we didn’t know we’d love. Everything was freshly squeezed, so good! I recommend the pineapple juice and passion fruit mojito. Niko was the best part of the stay, and we miss him so much. We also fell in love with Felipe, the unforgettable feline friend who greets us at dinner. He hangs out and watches the sunset, and even has his own food bowl. Anyone who stays there will love him too! ❤️🐱
