The views are really pretty, and there’s a nice pool with access to the Marina. Security and front desk staff are friendly, and you don’t hear much from the neighbors. The condos have roomy bedrooms and bathrooms with big showers. I also like the upscale look, the different layouts, including hidden-kitchen styles and modern two-story units, and that pets are welcome.

Nima Bay sits right in the Marina, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, but the setting still feels calm. The staff and management are attentive and professional. The pools are lovely, the gym is well equipped, and the common areas are secure and well kept. It’s a stylish, modern place that’s maintained nicely, and a great option for living or staying in Puerto Vallarta. The location is one of the best.

The team here is the best I’ve experienced, very professional and quick to respond. The property is in a convenient Marina location near restaurants and shops, and the kitchen is a good size for cooking. There’s an eyesore next door, an abandoned property, though it looks like Aqua has plans to deal with it. I’d like to visit again.

Everything was quiet, day and night, and the condos, grounds, and pool were kept in good shape. The staff were helpful and friendly, with Mercedes especially helpful to us. It’s an easy spot for getting to the Marina, just a five minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15-20 minute bus ride downtown. I hope to stay again next year.
