The views are truly incredible, and the rooftop pool is stunning. The property is in a great location, halfway up a hill but less than two blocks from most of the restaurants and action. Some of the rooftop rules felt strict: staff were particular about when towels were available, what you could use them for, and where you could eat. It also seemed they enforced the rules for some people but not others, which was unfortunate. Friends told us other places offer things like beach towels and have friendlier staff, so I'm not sure we'd stay here again.

The rooftop pool is incredible, and we had excellent views and everything we needed for our stay. Evander, Moses, and especially Rosario at the pool bar took great care of us. Thanks to them!

We've stayed here for years and have come to love the building, its staff, and especially the rooftop pool. The pool is sublime, with hot tub sections and a full bar open until 10 p.m. Plus, you can bring your dogs. There's a gym, and RFID-card access is used for the elevators. We've stayed in at least five to seven rooms, which are large, modern and heavy on glass. Depending on the unit, you might have a big deck overlooking the ocean, mountain or centro. You can hear noise from area bars and shows, but you're on vacation. It's a super central location, though there are lots of stairs.

We loved our room. It was stylish, well appointed, quiet and comfortable, and the security and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop looks beautiful and has amazing music, but that's where the good experience stopped for us. The bartenders and pool staff ignored guests and spent a lot of time watching TikTok on their phones. I said hello many times and was ignored. They seemed more interested in talking among themselves than making guests comfortable, and I felt unwelcome, like they didn't want me there. What a disappointment in such a beautiful building. I've always received such hospitality when visiting Puerto Vallarta, but this place was badly lacking in hospitality and basic regard for others. I think we'll look elsewhere next time.
