We love it here! The staff treat you like family and are so sweet. Sailview has the most spectacular views in PV.

Think twice before booking here. The location and views in Zona Romantica are among the best, but the building problems have seriously disrupted our stays, and I wouldn’t rent here unless they’re addressed. We first came with family in November 2025 and had a penthouse that required two elevators. On day two, six of us were trapped in the main elevator for almost an hour. Some family members were having panic attacks, and the condo staff were extremely rude, even laughing while we yelled for help. We got out, then the secondary elevator that served our unit broke the next day. We had to use several flights of stairs to come and go. Our property management group was wonderful and moved us to another building, but a day of the trip was lost and our family ended up split between two units. For our current New Year stay, my husband and I kept our reservation because it was just us and the unit was on a lower floor. On day two, the building had no water and the main elevator had broken again. Other guests and people we know in the area say these problems have been happening consistently for a while. I hope they get fixed, but we won’t stay in this building again.

The location in Zona Romantica made it easy to walk to Los Muertos Beach, restaurants, and nightlife, and the building felt secure. From the 11th-floor balcony, the ocean views were incredible. Vallarta Sky in the 105 Sail View building was comfortable and spotless, with a thoughtfully equipped kitchen and living area. The rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sky bar were stunning.

The rooftop pool won me over, and the bartender there was great, always attentive. The complex had very good security, so I felt safe the whole time. The staff were also really nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.
