When a difficult time in PV meant we and many other guests needed to stay longer, the team was incredibly accommodating. We felt very safe, and their kindness meant a lot. The staff are warm and attentive, and having the owner on site gives the stay a personal touch. Villa Lala, just outside Puerto Vallarta, is a beautiful boutique hotel that feels like a hidden paradise. It’s a serene escape with amazing service, and we’ll definitely return.

The last few days were hectic, but we felt safe the whole time at Villa Lala. The hotel stayed just as beautiful, and nothing changed there. We shared breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the other guests, with plenty of drinks and great conversation. When our Sunday flight was delayed, the owner kindly let us stay an extra night for free. The staff remained attentive throughout, some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. Our flight finally leaves tomorrow, and I wish we could stay longer. No problems here.

We came from Canada and this is the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. The Love Nest was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had stunning ocean views. There was also an infinity pool overlooking the village and ocean. Villa Lala is tucked just south of Puerto Vallarta, right on the ocean, with a private feel and none of the big-resort chaos. It’s geared toward adults looking for peace, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. A great choice for a honeymoon, anniversary, or once-in-a-lifetime trip. Most beautiful villa in the world?!

We felt well looked after during our two nights at Villa Lala, and Maria and the rest of the staff were so warm and welcoming that it was easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. We even got to see whales, which made the stay extra memorable. One thing disappointed us: the jacuzzi in our room didn’t seem properly cleaned. When we switched it on, black debris came out. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we appreciated the hospitality.

My wife and I had a quiet, cozy stay at Villa Lala for our 14th wedding anniversary. The location was breathtaking, the rooms were large, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. Alba, Helen, and Maria at reception checked us in, showed us the other rooms, and helped arrange a taxi and restaurant reservations. Carrolina and Citali from the service, bar, and restaurant team went above and beyond. They decorated our room and surprised us with an anniversary cake. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to couples wanting private time away from the city. We had a great time and made lovely memories.
