Such a beautiful resort, with views from everywhere: the pools, restaurants and bars. We saw whales every day at the end of February and in March. The location was a real highlight, and the property sits on a lovely beach with a saltwater pool. We spotted whales just offshore on a couple of days. The Nest was great: we ate breakfast there each morning and had two dinners there, too. Thanks, Fanny! La Adelita had an amazing view, though the food was just okay. We also drove about 30 minutes to Sayulita for a change of pace and some excellent dinners off property. Service was pretty good overall, and Moses in particular went above and beyond. Muchas gracias! The food was decent enough, too, but this isn't a five-star resort. Our room was one of the dated ones and the air conditioning wasn't working well. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, that may not be a big deal.

Julia and Nazly, along with the rest of the team at the Nest restaurant, made us feel welcome every time. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we can't wait to return. Julia was patient and kind while helping me with my Spanish, and she knew so much. She made us laugh every day, and even got my son to smile when he wasn't feeling well. Thank you for hiring such outstanding, professional people. We'll keep coming back because of the staff!

The Nest in Family Selection was a lovely part of our family trip, with great views, food, and staff. There are lots of activities for the kids, and the service has been phenomenal. We're having a fantastic time at the Grand Palladium Vallarta and would love to return one day.
