JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar - Adults Only - All Inclusive

We spent most of our time at the beautiful quiet pool, where Valeria gave us great drink service. Our oceanfront walkout room came with butler service, and the butlers were kind, helpful, and friendly. Karolina, Benjamin, and Fatima were especially attentive. We enjoyed most of the restaurants, with the Mexican and French as our favorites. This was our second visit to the Joia Paraiso, and we’ll be back.

The entertainment team made it easy to have fun in the games, especially Cassandra and Pedro. Cassandra is a gem, and you can tell she really cares that guests enjoy themselves. We also had fantastic service from Anna and Bernardo, our butlers. They were attentive, kind, and always greeted us with big smiles. Alexandra, the buffet hostess, and Luis, our server, were wonderful too. At the lobby bar, Daniel, Dario, and Cesar made us some of the best drinks, including our favorites, espresso martinis and watermelon margaritas. The food, service, and cleanliness were among the best we’ve experienced in more than 40 stays in Mexico. We’ll be back.

The servers who kept the Patron coming while we relaxed beside the ocean deserve a thank you too. Gabriel, Fatima, and Paola made sure we were comfortable and patiently helped with all our questions. Miguel, the chef at the hibachi show, was talented and cared about how the food was presented, while also keeping each guest at the table entertained. We spent five days at JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar. It’s a beautiful resort with great food, entertainment, and plenty to do. A lovely place to make warm memories with the people you love.

The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us as we passed and repeatedly checking if we needed anything. Our butler, Benjamin, and Johnny at the pool went above and beyond. From the welcome drink and snack platter at arrival, we felt we were somewhere special. The resort’s decor was impressive and well maintained. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the nightly turndown service made us feel spoiled. We tried three specialty restaurants and all were great. Even the buffet felt gourmet, with delicious food and lovely presentation. The huge pool had lots of space, and we enjoyed all the nightly shows. I can’t think of anything negative to say about our week. We’ll return next year, and don’t need to look anywhere else in Cancun.
