Hotel Dos Patios, Holístico Boutique & SPA

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a cute façade and reception area. It's central, so getting around is easy. Still, for what it offers, it costs too much compared with other places nearby. We stayed two nights in a room called Comprension. It was cold and dark, with a small window partly blocked by a large TV, so little daylight got in. The emergency light and the light on the TV box were right in front of the bed, and we had to cover them with a scarf. To reach the electrical outlets, we had to pull out the bedside tables. We asked to move, but only one other room was available and we'd have to pay an upgrade fee. They also said guests in the better room before us had complained about street noise because its window faced a busy road. There's a cute garden, but nowhere to sit, and the breakfast room isn't welcoming. Breakfast itself is very basic.

The staff are kind and friendly, and every area stays clean. The building is a large colonial house converted into a hotel, with a beautiful design. Since it's well placed, you can walk around the whole city center. It can start raining at any time here, so there are umbrellas by the entrance that guests can use for free.

The hotel is in a lovely historic part of town, nicely restored with a boutique feel. It was very quiet during my stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only real drawback for me was the Wi-Fi: the signal in my room was weak and access kept cutting out. At this point, that's a basic need for me at any hotel.

It's perfectly placed for walking around the historic city, and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk managers speak English and the service was excellent. I'll definitely come back.
