The value is outstanding, and the staff in reception, maintenance, and management were cheerful and extremely helpful. When the guest next door had a medical emergency, the hotel brought a doctor to his room to take care of it, and the hotel covered the cost. There’s a great gymnasium, a smart TV, and excellent internet. The refrigerator and microwave were useful too. Free washing and drying machines, with detergent provided as well. Wow.

There are lots of restaurant options nearby, and Oxxo is close too. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, and everything else at the hotel was perfect for me. Check-in took a little longer, maybe because a lot of people arrived at once. Aside from that, all was good.

It was so quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Our room and the rest of the facility were impeccably clean, with plenty of nearby food options or delivery. Every staff member we met was cheerful and helpful, and seemed to enjoy working there. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff were amazingly friendly, and the place was convenient and clean. There’s easy long-term parking in the underground garage, so bringing luggage inside is quick. The plaza has loads of places for a quick bite, plus an Oxxo for small things. I also liked the views and all the outdoor space when the weather’s nice. I’ll be back soon.

The modern hotel has roomy rooms and a comfortable bed, but there’s a lot of noise. I could hear EVERYTHING next door, and the room smelled strongly of plumbing. Since the windows don’t open, there was no way to air it out. I think there are probably better choices at the same price.
