I liked the minimalist look, it feels clean to me, and the good reviews I chose the place for turned out to be accurate. The bedding was the one thing I didn't love, since I prefer a heavy, thick blanket. Also, each time the AC kicked in, the blinds banged against the wall through the night. I should've braced them with my suitcase. Apart from those two small annoyances, I loved the hotel.

For the price, we had a very good stay. The hotel is nicely decorated, spotless, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We booked a private ride to the airport through the hotel at a really reasonable price. The room had very little soundproofing, so I'd ask for one away from the main road. The bed and pillows were stiff, and breakfast was basic.

Fine for an overnight stop. Breakfast was mediocre, and service was painfully slow. They knew we were waiting, but it still took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order.

My family loved the place. The internet was excellent, breakfast was really good, and we had food brought up to our room.

I stay here whenever I'm in town, and it seems to get better each time, like a good bottle of wine. For me, it's easily the best hotel in Tuxtla Gutierrez. No-brainer, highly recommended!
