The food was top tier, fresh, clean, and delicious. We had room service and ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff were also really helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier, and there's a shuttle service. It felt like a safe, great place to stay. I'd choose this hotel over any American hotel.

Agave restaurant's tacos were heavenly, and breakfast was excellent. I also had a large, comfortable bed and nice, helpful staff. A few drawbacks: some staff don't speak English, the shower temperature can't be adjusted, and the gym wasn't kept very clean.

The bathroom ceiling actually fell down, after we found out that the bathroom above ours was leaking into it. I was furious that I couldn't get compensation or a refund. I took pictures of everything, but I don't know how to post them here. The room was in awful shape: cigarette holes in the sheets, stained carpets, and rust everywhere. While I was bathing, cold water dripped on me too. This was the worst place I've ever stayed.

I was just reviewing the breakfast buffet. The dishes tasted good, and there were lots of things to add to an omelet. You could also have quesadillas made and get eggs cooked to your taste. The restaurant was elegantly decorated and had a really nice atmosphere.

Close to the bridge, and the place seemed safe and secure. The parking lot felt safe to me too. For $123, you get what you need: a clean room, hot shower, coffee maker, mini fridge, WiFi, ice machines, and a comfortable stay. Service was excellent, and there's a good restaurant plus a separate bar with flexible hours. Room service is available as well. I'd come back.
