Maybe it was just my room, but I had no hot water in the shower for five days. It was cold water in winter, and sometimes no water came out of the shower at all. The staff never offered to move me to another room. It’s a bare-bones place, with no coffee available to buy or free, and no food. The TV didn’t work until I got a different remote. There’s no heat or AC in the rooms.

The rooms were great and very clean, and the location was great too. The people here were so nice and made me feel at home. I left my husband’s jacket and shirt behind, and after I called the hotel from California, they went out of their way to ship them back to me. I’m so thankful for all they did. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zacatecas 😃

Over $300 worth of items were stolen from our room, and the hotel manager said we were lying. Never book here unless you want your things stolen.
