The rooms were fine, but staff charged us for the breakfast that was supposed to be free. We told the manager we'd handed over the tickets, but she said we still had to pay at checkout. The staff were unreasonable. We won't come back.

For a business hotel, this place is perfect: clean, luxurious, and staffed by friendly people. I've stayed at the Hampton down the street, and there's nothing wrong with it, but this hotel feels much more luxurious.

The staff were friendly, the place was super clean, and it was very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. By 9 am there was almost no food left, and it took too long for them to refill it. The stay itself was comfortable, with soft beds and air conditioning that worked well. Still, the pillows were hard, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and water from the shower leaked onto the floor.

I liked the hotel, including the gym, pool, and rooms, which I found comfortable. The buffet needs improvement and should be ready by 7:00 am. The dining area is also very small and gets crowded quickly.
