The rooms were really comfortable, and the hotel felt quiet and welcoming for families. It’s only a couple of blocks from the main avenue and around 2-4 blocks from the beach. The staff made the stay, especially the receptionist, who was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I’d come back for another vacation, and to see her again 😊🙌🏻
The service was good, but the hotel really needs a lot of maintenance and looks a little dirty, though that was more or less expected. Also, the pools are smaller than they look in the pictures, and the water is cold, just so you know. Thanks.
La alberca estaba limpia y cómoda, y la señora encargada fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros. El lugar es cómodo, aunque el edificio nuevo me pareció más bonito que el edificio 1. Me hospedé en el edificio 1 y no me gustó el bungalow, así que me arrepentí de no haber reservado en el nuevo. Había un chavito que no era grosero, pero tenía mala cara, como si no tuviera ganas de trabajar. Si reservan, háganlo en el edificio nuevo.
I had a really bad experience here. The owner and her daughter were rude and domineering. If you say something they don’t like, they kick you out, telling you to leave whenever you want instead of trying to find a solution. They have no empathy for people. Don’t book here, look somewhere else.
The owner and receptionist were very rude and didn’t follow their own rules. When they got annoyed, they told us to leave and said they’d refund the money. They didn’t seem to care that there might be no rooms available at other hotels and that they could be putting us out on the street. Very bad service.
