It's right on the beach, but the place was in terrible shape. The shared-area sofas were dirty and ripped, the bathroom was awful, and the towels were dingy with actual holes in them. The room felt incredibly depressing, with bare bulbs in the overhead fixture giving it a hospital vibe. There wasn't a real restaurant here or nearby, but the kitchen wasn't usable either. The manager told us the stove was "just for looks, hehe." Everyone shared one gross fridge, packed with random old stuff. We paid over $150 USD per night, and it was horrible. We left a day early and ate the cost. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

From my balcony, I couldn't stop watching the waves hit the beach. Inside, the villa really feels like your own home. This was my second stay, and I'd absolutely recommend it. The staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was amazing.

The location is close to the beach, but the place has gone downhill from when it used to be great. The sheets and towels are old and dingy, the pool was green when we arrived, and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

It's a great spot for a calm, relaxing getaway, with the beach just across the street and the center of guayabitos nearby. Services are limited, with no room service or restaurant, but that encourages you to get out and walk around the city.

We weren't allowed to cook in the kitchen, and although they said they'd make us breakfast when we booked, they wouldn't once we arrived. We had to walk 20 minutes to find food. The pool was cold and the water level sat below the skimmers. The shower leaked and flooded the floor because the caulking had failed. Every day the maid left our room's side door unlocked. I won't be back. The place was up for sale, so maybe that explains the attitude.
