The staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast had excellent quality and choice. The Wi-Fi was great too. Our room was lovely, with a pool and a great upper deck with hot tubs. My only complaint is that it had just a double bed; we would have preferred something bigger.

The hotel looked nice from outside, but the rooms were worn down and full of roaches. There was no hot water at all. We told the front desk at 5 PM, and they said maintenance had already gone for the day. At 9:15 AM, the water was still freezing. The pictures say plenty about how dirty it was, with grime on every surface and stained sheets.

The online pictures give a false impression of a run-down hotel. The bathroom toilet was black with mildew, the sink couldn't be used, and there was no water in the kitchen. Water was also leaking from the refrigerator. There was hair and a toothpick in the kitchen sink drain, and the curtains were torn. Music from a nightclub on the corner blasted all night. There are many better places to stay, and closer to the beach.

It was beautiful outside, but the rooms felt very dated once I got in. You could see me sleeping through the window in the door, and there was tissue stuffed between the door and wall, maybe as insulation. I couldn't sleep. I'd spend more for a nicer place.

The outside looks nice, but the room was terribly dirty and the bathroom was gross. The towels were stained, and there were big stains on the sheets too. They charged us for a jug of water when we asked for some. I won't be back.
