My room has a queen bed even though I’m being charged for a king room. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and the room phones aren’t plugged in. The pool is completely dirty and hasn’t been cleaned, which is gross. They play loud music every weeknight until very late, so I couldn’t sleep. When I called the front desk to ask them to turn it down, they hung up on me.

The breakfast buffet is well worth recommending, and the gym is great. The staff were friendly and attentive, with excellent service.

**October 2025:** Another great visit. Felipe, the new manager, Omar, Cynthia, and many others helped make our stay memorable and made us feel at home away from home. **January 2023:** We had another pleasant stay, with the same wonderful service from the staff. The buffet option was back. **May/June 2022:** We stayed again and still found the hotel and staff amazing. Because of covid, breakfast was still available but had to be ordered from the menu. They had several breakfast, lunch, and dinner combos. A big thank you to Manager Cesar and his wonderful team, including Alex, Omar, Karla, and everyone whose name I don’t know, for making our stay so memorable. **2019:** The hotel was well maintained, secure, and gated, with security, clean rooms, and a courteous staff. Prices were reasonable, and the Mexican breakfast buffet was fantastic. There was also a full service restaurant and bar.

There was live music during my stay, which was great if you wanted to enjoy yourself without going out. The staff were super friendly, and the manager was very nice too. It’s conveniently located near the Mazda plant and a mall, and my room was clean and comfortable.

My aunt held her birthday celebration in one of the party halls, and the service and atmosphere were great. I didn’t stay at the hotel myself, but I’d have liked to. I’ll consider staying here and trying the rooms and service the next time I’m in town.
