After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to walk into a large, clean room. It was quiet too. The front desk person seemed like he didn’t care whether anyone showed up, though. Once we’d settled in, we found only bright overhead lights and no lamps. There weren’t any glasses or even plastic cups in the room. My husband asked the desk attendant, who said they didn’t have any. He asked if there were cups from breakfast, but was told those are delivered with breakfast. If you plan to cook or eat in this “suite,” I’m guessing you’ll need to bring your own cookware and other things.

Everything is within walking distance, and the place was quiet, clean for the price, and staffed by friendly people. My main location complaint was getting to the mall, since you have to walk around the highway. The room was quite small and didn’t have dishes or cups, though that wasn’t much of an issue for me. Service was good.

We had a nice view of the galerías mall, and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean, but the rooms were plain, and the beds weren’t nice. It’s okay for traveling alone or for business, but not really suited to families. There’s no daily cleaning service. We also had to switch rooms at the start because the first one smelled bad. It’s an okay hotel, not luxurious.

I had a fantastic visit to Extended Suites Saltillo. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service throughout my stay. Their care and willingness to help made the experience even better. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and great service.

This place was so bad. The beds were hard as a rock, it was dirty, and the location felt pretty weird and was hard to find.
