Carlos Jimenez made breakfast the next morning especially good. He was friendly and attentive throughout, and the rooms worked perfectly for our wedding group. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff were nice, but not quite at manager level. Getting in was difficult because of the valet parking and the many cars arriving at the ball rooms.

We were placed right across from the wedding field, so music from the weddings carried on until 3am. Our room was tiny and almost in a basement, with no real window or natural light. The window had been painted white, leaving only a little opening for ventilation. There was no hairdryer either. I'm sure the hotel has nicer rooms, but nobody offered us a choice when we booked. Based on our stay, I wouldn't recommend it. I would rather look out at storage with daylight than have that small hole in the window.

When you have to face a court, feeling confident in the people helping you matters a lot. They give you that confidence.

Yesenia was incredibly helpful and made the restaurant service stand out. The food was decent and met expectations, though it wasn't anything special. The hotel itself was spotless, and the service was great throughout my stay. I had a pleasant time and would recommend it.
