Huge roaches, no hot water, and the doors don't seal all the way. People were screaming early in the morning, and the cleaning staff played loud music then too, so getting rest was impossible. When we told the front office we weren't staying, a different woman from the one who checked us in said, "Do whatever you want." The staff were rude and wouldn't refund the two extra days we didn't stay. Save your money.

We really liked our room on this trip to Mazatlán as a couple, and the staff were so welcoming. They answered all our questions about places to eat and go for walks. The location was excellent too. We'll be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

The beach is just half a block away, with direct access, and the hotel also has a pool and parking. I enjoyed the facilities and the staff's service during our family vacation in Mazatlán. The location was excellent, and we had a really nice stay.

The mini-split leaked all night and left a puddle across the room. There were cockroaches and only cold water, too. The staff seemed indifferent. I've attached proof, so judge for yourself. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

Expensive and awful. It looks nothing like the photos they post, and the internet never worked. Terrible hotel.
