It’s very close to everything and could work if you need a last-minute place. The rooms were nice and clean, but you have to ask for cleaning. Communication wasn’t great, the Wi-Fi was really bad, and the TV didn’t work very well. The key cards also raised security concerns. Staff were just okay, some were very nice while others didn’t seem to care if you needed help. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is between El Centro and Playa del Sur, close to the ocean, and feels clean and safe. Many bus routes start just east of the hotel on Miguel Aleman. There used to be a security company at the other end of the block, with someone on the roof around the clock, but as of 06/25 it’s no longer there.

I had the worst hotel experience ever. The busy street made the rooms extremely loud, and I couldn’t sleep either night. There was also pounding against my wall the whole time, and I have no idea what caused it. The Wi-Fi was a mess too. I had work to do, but had to keep asking for access codes that didn’t even last 24 hours, so I couldn’t get a steady connection. They advertise a café, but it’s closed or out of business. The front desk woman working the morning of Dec 12 was extremely rude, though everyone else was helpful. Don’t waste your money. This hotel may eventually go out of business too.

The value is a 5+. I stayed here for five weeks, and having a balcony was nice. The internet login didn’t work well. Mornings can be noisy, with motorcycles and other sounds starting around 5:30 a.m. It’s convenient for restaurants in Playa Sur and Centroid.

The beds are super comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is modern and clean. It’s very near the water while still being affordable.
