The location was super central, and from what I found, this is the only hotel in Tizimin with a pool. It covered the basics for our stay, with Disney, Netflix, and Amazon available. The internet was slow and took a few tries, but we got it working. I took off one star because the restaurant barely had anything on the menu. Naty gave excellent service.

The pool, tasty food and drinks, and good location and price made this little hotel a great choice. The rooms were clean and the service was good too. A 10/10 stay, thanks to everyone on staff. Keep it up!

My daughters had a great time in the pool, and as far as I know this is the only hotel in Tizimín with one. The rooms are basic but really comfortable, and the owners and staff are excellent. We'll be back soon.

The staff were so friendly, and my family and I felt great here. The hotel is new, with comfortable beds, attractive rooms, and a very nice pool. I stayed three days and was happy with everything. There's both a fan and AC, though the rooms stay quite cool, plus good amenities, a good TV with Netflix, and good internet. It's about a five-minute drive from the center, and close to Río Lagartos and Las Coloradas too. You can also head to the park in the afternoon. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I left with a very bad feeling. The room attendant stole my glasses, then acted as if he knew nothing about it. The young guy who assigns the rooms also seemed strange and suspicious. I'd look for somewhere else.
