Hotel Suites Regente

The rooms are spacious and lovely, and staying with you on opening day was a great experience. I could hear music from the lounge a block away because the room wasn't fully soundproof, though that was outside your control. Some shampoo, soap, and lotion bottles didn't work properly. Maybe they were new or the products had an odd consistency, I'm not sure. Opening them and pouring the contents in directly fixed it. Still a fantastic stay.

The price was surprisingly reasonable for what you get, and the location is hard to beat, close to the Zócalo, the pyramid, and several businesses. Parking is on the first floor. The hotel feels practically new, with clean, modern facilities, and the staff, including the security guards and receptionist Don José, were excellent. My kids loved staying in the room, which had a 65"/70" TV with cable and streaming, automatic blackout curtains, a sofa bed, queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, breakfast nook, and spotless bathroom. We were really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

It's a new hotel, and everything was clean and in order. Our room felt like a mini-apartment, with a kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, sofa bed, and coffee maker, plus a spacious bathroom. The reception staff were good. There's no website, but they're very friendly over the phone and WhatsApp.

At Hotel Suites Regente in Cholula, I found the room spotless and comfortable, and the staff gave excellent service and attention. Everything was great. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Cholula.
