On our first day of a four-day stay, the phone, AC, and Wi-Fi all failed. We told the staff, but they didn't make an effort to speed up the service call. When I asked to move to another room, they said they'd think about it and let me know. Very unfortunate.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel is across from a park. It’s a decent option if you want a large room with a nice view, though it seems geared more toward longer stays. There’s no cafeteria, gym, or other amenities, and you can hear what’s going on in the rooms next door. The Wi-Fi has a lot of issues, so keep that in mind if you need to work from your room. They keep saying it’s fine and must be a problem with your device.

Everything was clean, and the staff and place were very nice. I was really happy I stayed there.

I booked this hotel for an employee’s work trip, and I'm still having trouble getting in touch a week after booking. They don’t answer the phone or emails at the address they provided. WhatsApp is the only other option, but replies take forever there too. If you need to ask the hotel a question, it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone at reception.

The location and views were amazing, and everyone on staff was attentive. Our suite matched the pictures and even had a washer and dryer. The internet, though, was spotty.
