The service was friendly and excellent, and the place itself is beautiful and peaceful, a nice spot to relax. I’d come back to this hotel anytime.

The room was comfortable, pleasant, and cozy, but the basics didn’t work: no hot water for bathing, no cable TV, and no internet. Parking was outside the hotel, three blocks away.

I’ve stayed at several places in San Cristóbal, and this is the last one I’d choose again. The service was terrible. The owner supports the idea that women should put up with being followed based on how they dress, and refuses to help anyone who needs it.

They still keep the price very accessible for this kind of hotel, and the staff make you feel at home. It’s a reliable place, cozy and super quiet, with a great location close to the center but away from much of the noise. I loved it. It’s no longer called Hotel aveoli, it’s now *Hotel Boutique Florencia*.
