Casa Cheleb

The downside was the hot water, there was little or none, with one small boiler serving seven rooms. Also, the walls aren’t very thick, so you hear everything happening in the yard. I’m not sure whether people outside can hear the same from the rooms. On the plus side, it was clean, well priced, and the people were really nice. Breakfast was good too, with coffee, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. We had a room with its own bathroom, but there are rooms without one, and a shared bathroom is available.

A really cute, quiet place, run by a few lovely ladies. It’s peaceful, super cheap, and breakfast is included.

Casa Cheleb is the best value in the city. The rooms are very basic, though, and sound carries through them.

The patio is a great spot to get away from the city crowds for a bit. Breakfast was delicious, and I wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant too, the food is tasty and very affordable. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and the small rooms are charming. I’d recommend getting one with a bathroom.
