The shower had good pressure and hot water, and the staff were friendly. The location was good, but I wouldn't stay again for the price, since there are so many other options in San Cristobal. The internet barely worked and was extremely spotty, though luckily we didn't need to work that day. It was noisy from the street both at night and during the day. The washroom and toilet area was poorly designed, and the toilet area flooded after a shower. The room also felt hot in the daytime, but we couldn't open the window because it faced the street at pedestrian level.

The location is awesome, and the rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable. But the street noise was terrible. We could hear music from the center, cars on the street, and people at reception leaving for tours at 4am. We asked to switch rooms, but were told only 101 and 201 are away from the street, and they were apparently occupied. They're double rooms, so if you can book one, good for you. Staff were okay, though they could have been friendlier.

The staff were attentive and friendly, but didn't seem very willing to help. They also chatted loudly at the front desk. The hotel has only 12 rooms and is often full. We had a first-floor room with its window directly onto the street, so it was noisy and hot, and opening the window meant passers-by could look straight in. We asked to move but there was nothing available until the next night, and we stayed for two nights.

Clean hotel and nice service, but the WiFi was weak and the bottom floor was very noisy. There was nobody at the desk who knew English, though I expected that part.

Nice decoration, a very comfortable bed, and attentive service. A very good hotel in San Cristobal, in a great spot near the city center.
