The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt safe. Nights were quiet, which is such a nice thing in San Cristobal. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, no frills, spotless, and very comfortable.

The staff were always friendly and relaxed, and they let me extend my stay without any hassle. Before my night bus, I could leave my luggage and hang out in the common area, which I really appreciated. The hotel has a nice rooftop and a partly covered table area where you can work, with plugs available. My two-level cabana had a cozy living area and bathroom downstairs, plus a super comfortable bed upstairs, so I slept really well. There was a small coffee machine and drinking water in the room, and the shower had great pressure and properly hot water. Prices are fair, and the location is very central. I’d book again, but the Wi-Fi needs work: it was so weak, almost unusable, usually under 1 Mbps download. If you need reliable internet for remote work, this probably won’t do, though nearby coffee shops have better Wi-Fi. There was daytime noise from a construction site behind my room and a karaoke party nearby on Saturday night, neither of which was the hotel’s fault. The bathroom mirror was mounted too low, so shaving was tricky but manageable.

WOW, I never want to leave. It’s so peaceful, with an amazing room, an extremely comfortable bed, and an enormous shower. The staff are delightful and welcoming. This is where you must stay in San Cristobal!

The rooftop terrace gives you a perfect view over San Cristóbal, and the rooms are decorated beautifully. Such a lovely oasis right in the middle of downtown. I’d definitely recommend it.
