The breakfast server was the only staff member who helped us. Otherwise, service was either absent, confusing, or awful, and things went wrong from the moment we arrived. Our cabins were badly furnished and filthy when handed over, and the cleaning was terrible. The spa was abandoned, with nobody looking after it, and felt like a complete rip-off. It was expensive and just plain bad. What you see online is a mirage compared with reality. I'd never go back.

The service was attentive, and the cabins were nice. The reception is also a restaurant with a pool table and foosball. We had to ask for toilet paper because the room had none, and the firewood they gave us for the fireplace was damp.

The scenery was wonderful, but the cabin service wasn't pleasant. I booked a large cabin and found it filthy, with rat droppings. They cleaned it right away, but the rats kept leaving droppings. The place badly needs maintenance. The water was very dirty and not drinkable, and the TV remote didn't work. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it. A bittersweet stay.
