The little garden outside our room was my favorite part. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and it's both great value and very central. We stayed with two friends and my friend's dog, and were welcomed with a cocktail. The service was excellent and the staff were accommodating. We liked it so much that we stayed longer than planned. Loved it!

A quiet little oasis just a few steps from the busy city center. The cozy inner patio was perfect for morning coffee, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a giant, very comfortable bed. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend this place in San Cristobal.

Martin behind the bar was great, and the food was incredible. We also loved our quiet, private garden room. The staff were so friendly, and the location was great. They can arrange tours through one of the best agencies in town.

We had a very good meal in the dining room on the hotel patio, which is part of El Secreto restaurant. The service was great and everyone was lovely. The hotel itself looks beautiful, too. It belongs to a group of three hotels in San Cristobal. Quiet and lovely, definitely recommend.

The food was great, and the room had everything you'd expect. The snag was that four of us in the "Duo" suite had to use the same bathroom. The shower was a little awkward for someone tall.
