There were six of us across three rooms, but only one room had a hot shower. The other five of us ended up showering in freezing water, even though we were told the hot water was working.

Alba at reception was great, and the rooms and pool area were clean and pleasant. It’s a small place just two blocks from the malecón. The bathroom’s sliding door doesn’t lock, but that wasn’t a big deal since we were all family.

The area was quiet, and we felt comfortable taking an afternoon walk near the malacon in San Felipe. There’s gated parking, and the staff were friendly. We found the place through Expedia at a reasonable rate, and GPS got us there easily. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was very good. There wasn’t much furniture, but we didn’t need much. As snowbirds, we’d happily stay again and recommend it.

We had a cozy weekend here with the family. It’s a little gem within walking distance of the beach, shops, and other attractions around the malecon. There’s no beach right behind the property, but the freshwater pool was very clean. The rooms have a modern, minimalist look, with a nice TV and cable, and the showers had both hot and cold water. Service was very good, and the price was affordable. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it. Thanks!

Nice new rooms, a pool, and secure parking, all just one block from the Malecon. The rate was reasonable at $88.
