La Huerta Hotel

I've enjoyed two stays recently at Hotel La Huerta in San Ignacio, Baja Calf Sur. The rooms are clean, the AC works well, and the town square is an easy walk away. On both trips, friends and I paid for double-bed rooms, but the furnishings varied between rooms: some had lounge chairs and ottomans, while others didn't, and closet shelving was inconsistent too. That variation is one reason I'd give it four stars rather than five. The other is slow service. We were given a room that still needed cleaning, and it took hours before it was ready, or before anyone let us know how long it would take.

The staff are friendly, and there's a large, well-stocked convenience store with food, snacks, beer, and drinks. Rooms are clean and comfortable in a quiet area, just a short walk from the main square. There's plenty of parking for both small and large vehicles.

A great option in San Ignacio, with clean, comfortable rooms and spacious, well-kept grounds. The restaurant on the property has plenty of seating and flavorful meals, and there's also a convenience store. The staff are friendly. The town center is just steps away in this tiny, quaint town. Tesla destination chargers are reliable.

Just right for us: clean, comfortable, and with a restaurant and food market on the premises. There's a 40 yard square grassy area for the four-legged family members, plus two 10kw Tesla chargers.
