Reception were no help at all, and the breakfast came out cold. The service was very bad. If you're in Puebla for business, I'd pick another hotel. I can't recommend this place.
8/10
The hotel was a little hard to find at first, but there's a restaurant on site. The rooms were very clean and welcomed our puppy. Breakfast was really good, and it was included with the stay.
10/10
The services were good, just as you'd expect. It's a great place to stay if you're working at the Audi factory and want to rest after work instead of driving back to Puebla.
10/10
I had a great stay, and not speaking any Spanish didn't cause a problem. Most of the staff spoke English, and I used Google translate with the ones who didn't.
2/10
They charged us extra on arrival for having three people, even though we'd booked a room with two queen beds. It's a brand new hotel, but right in the middle of nowhere.
