The local wine costs way too much. Service at the restaurant was poor.

The pool is neglected and out of order, and there’s no hot water or air conditioning. Customer service is practically nonexistent. This place is a dump, nothing works. You’ve been warned! It’s a disaster here. Nothing works, the pool isn’t maintained, and there’s no air conditioning or hot water. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. You’ve been warned!

That final stretch of road is unpaved, so I wouldn’t recommend taking a low-clearance vehicle. I couldn’t get an invoice despite pushing for one, even though they assured me they could provide it. It’s an interesting ranch with plenty of potential, but the rooms and facilities really need maintenance.
