When I was there, it was extremely quiet. The common areas are really nice, and the hostel is clean and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen is small but has what you need. Dorms are excellent, with big beds and blackout curtains. Security is very tight, with cameras and key card access to the building, dorm rooms, and bathrooms.

As I was leaving, the front desk agent tried to keep my $500.00 deposit. She said it was because I didn't have the physical receipt. Fortunately, I showed her a photo of it, and she reluctantly gave the money back. Be careful, the people working there are predators.

The staff, including Ana, David, and another girl, were so hospitable and friendly, always ready to help. The hostel was super clean and safe, with key card access, and it's in a great location. One of the best hostels I've stayed in!

I hardly ever post Google reviews, but this hostel has to be the BEST. It's a pretty decent place, and the service was unforgettable. Ana and the other staff were genuinely so nice, and they helped make my time in Guadalajara much better. They keep the facilities really clean. I'd definitely come back, and highly recommend it.
