The staff were a real bright spot during our April 14-21 stay. Julian at the adult pool was outstanding, and the beach is beautiful. The food, though, was average at best. The Steakhouse had the best setting but the worst meal: the steak was super salty and so tough I had to fight with it. At the outdoor buffet, pigeons were a major problem. They left droppings everywhere, broke dishes, and some staff even fed them. The resort really needs to address that. Our room in the Altitude building was dated and pretty beat up, and the beach chairs were too. It wouldn't take much for the resort to go from just okay to good or excellent, but several things need to change. For context, my wife and I have stayed at over 30 resorts and traveled extensively.
