Hotel N Vanessa

A really nice place to stay, clean and beautiful, with a great location close to everything. Very recommended.

The location is good and the hotel itself is nice, but 800 pesos feels steep for a room with several issues and no chairs. The curtain doesn't properly cover the window, and water leaks out. I did appreciate having a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, and a smoking area. I was also frustrated that they told us to leave by 10:00 a.m. The usual checkout time at this same hotel is 12:00 p.m., so I can only assume it depends on the receptionist's mood.

There are lots of places to eat just a few steps away, and the bus to downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas stops only a block from the hotel. That makes this a great option for seeing Los Cabos on a budget. The staff were very attentive, and our room was really nice, with hot water, cable TV, and internet. Definitely one of the best affordable hotels around. Highly recommended!

The only decent thing was being fairly close to the airport. We were charged 500 pesos more than the normal rate for a single room, the bed had little insects all over it, and the bathroom tap gave off a sewage smell whenever we turned it on. Horrid place. I wouldn't recommend it even for a short stay.
