Las Olas Condominiums

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront condo. It had everything a couple or family could need, and the balcony was lovely in the morning and for watching sunsets. The pool and beach are just a two-minute walk away, with Zippers and other good restaurants about five minutes on foot. Check-in was seamless, and our host Kylie was exceptional. As noted, the condo backs onto the road and there was occasional noise. That was the worst part, and it was still worth it. I’d happily stay here again.

The balcony view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Every day we watched Humpback whales feeding and playing right in front of our unit, as well as surfers working on their style. We spent two weeks in Las Olas Condominium unit A402. It was as described, clean, basic, and had comfortable beds. The whole complex is so well cared for, and the staff were friendly and polite. The Let’s Do Mexico team were great to work with, efficient and quick to answer our questions before and during the stay. There is road noise and sometimes late-night music from the disco across the road. Silicone earplugs are a good idea. That one drawback didn’t change our 5-star rating.

We loved our time at Las Olas. The condo was beautiful, brand new, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were lovely, and the ocean-view pool and hot tub were amazing. We had coffee on the patio at sunrise and even watched whales from the pool chairs. I took surf lessons right in front of the condo and had a great time. It’s a good place to stay if you love surfing, and I liked being able to swim here since many Cabo beaches aren’t swimmable. Kylie made the reservation easy and went out of her way to have everything ready. Her communication was outstanding, and she even arranged for a masseuse to come to the condo. One thing caught us off guard: the condo is right on the main road, and the traffic noise was louder than we expected despite having read about it. There’s a sound machine in the bedroom, which helped. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything.

We went to Las Olas to celebrate our father and father-in-law’s 70th birthday. Kylie promptly answered every question and helped arrange a great car rental company, deep-sea fishing, and some delicious restaurant picks. The trip went smoothly. The condo was comfortable and looked just like the photos, with an incredible panoramic ocean view where you can watch the surf every day. The neighbors were very friendly and the grounds immaculate. We’ll be back.
