Sol de Cabo Hotel

The staff took care of all our needs, and the customer service and room cleaning were both top notch during our week here. My only suggestion is to put a fridge in the rooms.

The view from the top-floor restaurant was unbelievable, and if the hotel had a pool, it would make a great vacation spot. The place seems almost brand new, and the staff were incredible. Our flight was canceled, so we were taken here, and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. They seemed to be around from morning until night, like they never slept.

Our flight was canceled, so we needed a place for the night and weren’t sure what to expect. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Colorado Grill, and both the meal and service were great. Our server Sergio was very friendly and took great care of us.

Manager Leo took good care of me, starting with an early check-in and a fresh-made breakfast that didn’t feel mass-produced. He also moved me to a different room because the A/C wasn’t working effectively. The team was great, and I’d come back. The room itself was simple and basic, right alongside the freeway, so you can definitely hear traffic. Sun beating down on the rooms and cars makes the place hot, so strong air conditioning is needed. It makes up for that with its service and charm.
