The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas - Baja Point

The staff made this feel like a 10/10 stay. From arrival to the drive away, we felt welcomed and looked after. I wish I'd gotten the luggage attendant's name; he was funny, kind, and shared fun facts. Pearlita and Sebastián led most of the games and events, and both were fantastic. Sebastián made us feel like friends, and Pearlita was great at getting everyone involved. At the towel area, Diana, Leslie, and Amisadai were some of the sweetest people, so helpful and genuinely kind. Our servers and bartenders were great too, especially Angel, Denise, and the other Angel. They were friendly and attentive, and someone always seemed to appear whenever we left an empty can or bit of trash. This was my first trip to Mexico, with three other family members, and we had an amazing time at The Westin. The property is clean, pretty quiet, and a lovely place to stay. We joined karaoke and Taco Tuesday, lounged by the pool, played relaxed bingo, and tried Zumba. I can't recommend this resort enough.

It's our second year here, and we love the place and everyone in it. The facility is beautiful and the staff are friendly. When my husband had a tooth problem, the concierge found us a local dentist with a last-minute appointment. We visited in February during whale season, and seeing whales swim by was an extra treat.

We couldn't swim or relax in the ocean because of the strong currents, which was the one letdown. The pools more than made up for it, especially the large infinity pools with their incredible ocean views. The restaurants overlooking the water were a pleasure, and there was plenty of delicious food to choose from. The views of the ocean and cliffs are breathtaking all around the property. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable after sunny days. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. It was a relaxing, memorable stay at The Westin Los Cabos Resort, and we'd happily return.

The hotel and views are beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the food was good. My only complaint was being turned down when I asked for a one-hour late checkout. Given how much I've spent on Marriott vacation clubs and Bonvoy, I expected a little more customer service.
