Be careful if you take a tour with their sales representatives. We felt threatened. They cursed at us and started talking down to us after we said no. We have no obligation to buy into what felt like a scam, especially when potential residents are treated that way. There are plenty of nicer properties around cabo to choose from. Fair warning.
