Hotel Centenario Arroyitos

Most things were positive: the rooms were great, the beds big, the place quiet, and the shower was great. My small complaints are mostly nitpicks. There were no power outlets by the beds, or at least not enough. The stone path from reception to the room made rolling suitcases difficult, and the staff didn’t help carry anything.

The hotel is beautiful, but I wouldn't feel at ease leaving my things there. Someone from the office staff and cleaning service stole a phone from our room.

The VIP rooms and lounge have lovely views, and the restaurant staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, though some other dishes missed the mark, so I'd skip the filet mignon. The property could use quite a bit of renovation and maintenance, but its location is still one of Bernal's best for a retreat.

The view of the rock, "La peña de Bernal," is spectacular, and there are terraces to enjoy it from whatever kind of room you choose. The hotel is large enough to wander around, with lovely architecture, gardens, and decorations that reveal something new around each corner. The staff were attentive and helpful in making our stay a good one. It feels unique and magical, and they were following all the COVID-19 control protocols.
